Chrissy Teigen’s latest manicure manages to combine four trending nail looks into one look, and this level of manicure mastery deserves a medal. The entrepreneur posted a picture praising the famous Erewhon Hailey Bieber smoothie, but it was her supermodel nails – which also featured a chrome finish in a milk-bath hue with a french tip – that were the real star of the show.
The nail look started with the sheer base colour that is a signature of the supermodel manicure but with a milky-pink hue. Instead of using colour to create the “smile line” on the edge of the nail, which is typical with traditional french manicures, a thin line of chrome nail polish was added to give the illusion of french tips. This kept the manicure very minimalist and in a similar neutral tone to the beige nail trend that is currently sweeping Hollywood.
