The Best Hair and Makeup Looks to Grace the Grammys Red Carpet

If there’s anything you can look forward to every time the Grammys rolls around, it’s great music and even better beauty looks. Last year’s red carpet, for example, saw a resurgence of the Y2K beauty aesthetic, with everything from Doja Cat’s spiky updo and Halsey’s dip-dyed ends to Jasmine Sanders’s frosty lipstick and sleek knotted bun. Now, with the 2023 Grammys upon us, nominees and attendees alike are already taking it up a notch – especially when it comes to the hair, makeup, and nail looks. Only this year, it seems celebrities are taking inspiration from trends across multiple decades.

Taylor Swift paired her signature red lipstick with icy blue eyeshadow that screamed the 80s, as did Amber Rose’s black lipstick and fingerless leather gloves. Cardi B stepped out with a 90s supermodel lip, while Paris Hilton‘s half-up bun hairstyle gave early 2000 vibes. Of course, there’s still much to look forward to in the coming hours in what is sure to be an entertaining show hosted by Trevor Noah, but from what we’ve already seen, quite a few people have already secured a spot on our list of best beauty moments.

While the night has only just begun, keep scrolling to see the best hair and makeup looks from the 2023 Grammys so far.
