Kylie Jenner Proves a French Manicure Is Right For Every Occasion

French manicures are the new neutral. Just take a look at Kylie Jenner’s latest set. On March 27, the Kylie Cosmetics founder shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram Stories giving a glimpse at her white and beige nails and makeup-free face.

Proving that the manicure can be dressed up or down, Jenner was gym-ready in her video wearing a black sports bra and leggings. Her nails could be spotted on the hand holding her phone while the other hand was playing with her hair. The most surprising aspect of Jenner’s manicure was nail shape and length. While the star usually wears extra-long extensions in a sharp stiletto shape, her french tips were short and square. In the following snaps, it appears that the beauty entrepreneur was on her way to an Alo Yoga event, which would explain the sporty outfit.

Compared to her sisters, Jenner typically leans more maximalist with her manicures but, in keeping with the resurgence of minimal beauty trends, has been toning it down as of late. That said, you can still count on the entire Kardashian-Jenner group to serve up plenty of beauty inspiration. Recently, Khloé Kardashian was spotted in red nails on vacation and Kourtney Kardashian wore a heart-shaped french manicure in similar cherry hue.
