The star, who was up for best actress in a comedy series, attended the award show on March 13 wearing a red Louis Vuitton dress, which she paired with rosy makeup and a sleek ponytail. In a decidedly not rare move, Gomez’s makeup was done entirely using products from her own Rare Beauty brand.
Makeup artist Hung Vanngo prepped Gomez’s skin with Ole Henriksen products. He then used Rare Beauty’s Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation and Brightening Concealer. Gomez’s flushed look was achieved with the Warm Wishes Effortless Bronzer in Happy Sol, the Soft Pinch Dewy Liquid Blush in Hope, and the Positive Light Liquid Luminiser in Enlighten. Gomez’s eye makeup was completed with the Stay Vulnerable Liquid Eye Shadow in Nearly Rose, while her cat-eye liner can be credited to the Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner. Vanngo also used the Perfect Strokes Universal Volumising Mascara, which is POPSUGAR-approved.
