Vanessa Hudgens Debuts “Tuxedo” Nails at the Oscars

Vanessa Hudgens is known for her out-of-the-box nails. (Did you happen to catch her goth engagement nails back in February?) So, it should come as no surprise that the star completely leveled up her manicure for the 2023 Oscars.

Hudgens’s entire look was in a black and white colorway, starting with her Chanel gown. Her oval nails were also painted in the two contrasting colors, creating a tuxedo-like pattern. The abstract, swirling design pulled focus from the classic silhouette of her dress, providing even more of a juxtaposition.

Her hair was styled into a sleek bun in the shape of a bow at the back of her head by celebrity hairstylist Danielle Priano. Her makeup – a soft, smoky eye and rosy lip – was created by celebrity makeup artist Tonya Brewer.
