Chadwick Boseman’s legacy lives on. On Aug. 28, which marked one year since the Black Panther actor died from colon cancer at age 43, celebrities took a moment to reflect on his incredible life, friendship, and career in some thoughtful tributes. While Lupita Nyong’o shared a rare photo of them laughing during press for their Marvel film, his costar and friend Michael B. Jordan posted a photo of them hugging at an event. “Not a day goes by bro . . . Love and miss you but I know you still with us,” he wrote. Marvel Entertainment also paid tribute to Chadwick, writing, “Honouring our friend, our inspiration, and our King, Chadwick Boseman.” See more tributes to the actor ahead.
