Offset may be one of the biggest rappers at the moment, but at home, he’s simply just dad. The 31-year-old musician, who is married to Cardi B, has five children, all of whom are from different relationships, the most recent being Cardi. Offset and Cardi have two kids together, daughter Kulture and son Wave, who join Offset’s three other kids, Jordan, Kody, and Kalea. All five kiddos appeared in Offset and Cardi B’s “Jealousy” music video, released in July, making it another sweet family affair.
From the looks of Offset’s social media, his kids all get along with one another and even posed for the May/June 2022 cover of Essence together. Of blending their families, Cardi told the publication, “After we got married, that’s when I first met his kids. I always wanted them to love me, and they really do. They tell me that. I feel it, and I hope that we always have a great relationship.”
“It’s a blessing to be able to have them all together, and to have a wife who’s open and treats them as if they’re her kids,” Offset added. “It could be an issue, but I don’t have to go through that, and that’s beautiful.”
Offset opened up about how he balances fatherhood with his busy career in a September 2022 People interview, where he said, “Being a father’s important to me personally.” He further explained, “For instance, there’s a big party on Saturday, right? In Los Angeles. And my son Kody’s first football game is on Sunday. There’s no way I’m missing either event, so I’m going to have to make it work. It’s priority to me.”
Even though juggling his music is also important to him, Offset said giving his children “structure” is a top priority, too: “That’s my biggest thing, I don’t want my kids to have everything in the world and then not have structure coming up because I was never around to give them the structure.”
Without further ado, let’s meet Offset’s adorable brood.

Jordan Cephus
Offset shares his firstborn Jordan Cephus with a woman named Justine Watson. He was born on Dec. 21, 2009. As mentioned in Offset’s song “Father of 4,” the rapper was only 17 years old when Watson became pregnant. The song gives a touching nod to his eldest son, apologizing for not being there for him in his younger years.
In his 2019 Haute Living cover story, Offset talked about how much he’s grown since his firstborn made him a father. “I had my first child at 17, so the journey of fatherhood was kind of tough for me at first,” he shared. “I was trying to find myself. I didn’t have much direction on what it meant to be a father. I definitely made some mistakes, but I have no regrets.”
In 2022, Offset celebrated his first son’s 13th birthday with a sweet Instagram photo series captioned, “Can’t believe I have a 13yr old my first born my King you turned me into a man at 17 I love you son.”
Kody Cephus
Offset shares his second child, Kody Cephus, with ex-girlfriend Oriel Jamie. Born March 2, 2015, the rapper’s second son seems to already be a mini Offset in the making. The “Set It Off” rapper is always posting cute videos of Kody singing along to his music or making up his own lyrics.
For his eighth birthday, per People, Offset celebrated Kody with a since-deleted Instagram tribute captioned, “Happy Bday KING KODY BIG 7 you are my TWIN I love you so much you getting so big on me but I’m proud of you son u make good grades and responsible at 7 love you 4L son.”
Kalea Marie Cephus
Offset shares his eldest daughter Kalea Marie Cephus, born on March 23, 2015, with rapper Shya L’Amour. The two haven’t always been on the best of terms, but in March 2019 she revealed to TMZ how much Offset has grown as a father and attributes much of that to the positive influence Cardi has had on him. “I think [Cardi] has helped him grow tremendously. Since he’s been with her, I’ve seen a lot of growth,” she said. Shya also said Offset “has stepped up and he has been around as of lately to show [Kalea] that affection she needs, that parental love.”
Kalea also received a shoutout in Offset’s “Father of 4,” with the rapper promising to do better after being absent the first few years of her life.
Kulture Kiari Cephus
Cardi gave birth to Kulture Kiari Cephus on July 10, 2018. Kulture may only be a few years old (and extremely adorable), but it’s obvious from her Instagram page (which is run by her mom) that she’s the queen of fashion. She stunned at the “Little Mermaid” premiere in May with her dad and big sister Kalea, wearing a beautiful black gown with white flower accents, and she’s had plenty more adorable style moments.
Most recently, Kulture graduated from pre-kindergarten, an achievement her mom celebrated on Instagram. “My baby moving on up?I’m a emotional proud mommy??,” Cardi captioned a photo of Kulture in her cap and gown. “Give me good grades and I’ll give you the world baby ?.” A month later for her birthday, Cardi shared another photo of Kulture all dressed up and wrote, “My baby is five….Happy birthday to my pretty princess. It’s beautiful seeing my girl grow yet makes me a lil sad that my baby is not my little baby no more.????5️⃣.”
Wave Set Cephus
Cardi and Offset welcomed their youngest, Wave Set Cephus, on Sept. 4, 2021. However, it wasn’t until six months later that the couple revealed their son’s name. “When Set suggested Wave, I was sold! THAT HAD TO BE HIS NAME,” Cardi tweeted on April 14, 2022. While speaking with Essence for their 2022 cover, the pair opened up about their decision to protect their family’s privacy after welcoming Wave.
“We went through a lot of sad things when it comes to Kulture – terrible behavior that not even the older kids have ever been through,” Cardi explained of the internet trolls who targeted their daughter. “So many people will post mean, disgusting things, just to get a reaction from us.” She added, “We want to protect our feelings, because we get very, very angry and upset.”
Since then, Cardi and Offset have been a little more open with showing their youngest son off to the world, per his music video appearance this summer. Wave and his mom were also recently spotted out together in October. The mother-son duo have a sweet bond, so much so that Cardi got Wave’s name tattooed on her face in 2022, per People. Offset loves to brag about his youngest, too, posting Instagram photos of him in June captioned, “Bad Boy Wave.”
