She’s also nominated for several awards, including Best Collaboration and Best Hip-Hop, so expect her to be a major part of the night.

The 2024 MTV VMAs are happening at 8:00pm on Wednesday, September 11, at the UBS Arena in New York. For those of us in Australia, that means you can tune in live at 8:30am AEST on Thursday, September 12.

Will Taylor Swift Make an Appearance?

If Taylor attends, she could be making history. Last year, she picked up nine VMAs, bringing her total to 23 — just behind Beyoncé with 30. If she wins seven more this year, she’ll tie Queen Bey. However, if she grabs eight, she’ll officially hold the record for the most VMAs of all time. Of course, Beyoncé is also nominated, so we could be in for a close race.
