Here’s Where You Can Watch Oprah’s Meghan and Harry Interview In Australia
The tell-all interview between Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is undoubtedly the most highly anticipated sit-down of 2021.
While snippets have already been shared by Oprah’s team, the full version of Oprah With Meghan and Harry will see the trio cover “wide-ranging” topics including the royal family, motherhood and philanthropy.
The program will air in the US from 8pm-10pm ET on March 7 (which is 12pm-2pm AEDT, March 8), and while Twitter will surely be set alight with highlights, if you want to watch it in full, then Network Ten will be airing it at 7.30pm AEDT on March 8. For catch-ups (or to stream with limited ads), it will also be distributed on 10Play at the same time.
According to a release from the network, “Winfrey will speak with Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, in a wide-ranging interview, covering everything from stepping into life as a Royal, marriage, motherhood, philanthropic work to how she is handling life under intense public pressure.”
Then, the two are joined by Prince Harry as they speak about their move to the United States and their future hopes and dreams for their family.
According to a pre-released clip, Winfrey had asked the Duchess to do a sit-down interview in 2018, however, Markle stated that “it’s not the right time”.
“We [now] have the ability to make our own choices in a way that I couldn’t have said yes to you then — that wasn’t my choice to make,” she told Oprah.
“So, as an adult who lived a really independent life to then go into this construct that is … different than I think what people imagine it to be … it’s really liberating to be able to have the right and the privilege, in some ways, to be able to say ‘yes I’m ready to talk’.”
Watch Oprah With Meghan And Harry — Monday, 8 March At 7.30pm, on 10 and WIN.
