These are the Contestants Who Have Said Goodbye to the Jungle on I’m a Celeb Australia
I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! kickstarted their latest season on January 3, and it’s been a wild ride ever since. One of the most entertaining shows on TV, the series puts celebrity contestants through the wringer by forcing them to complete challenges that will make your skin crawl.
With $100,000 for their nominated charity up for grabs, the competitors face spiders, snakes and maggots just to name a few, because that amount of money isn’t going to be handed over so easily.
11 famous personalities and one ordinary bloke has entered the so-called jungle and it wouldn’t really be a competition if someone didn’t get eliminated every week.
Bombshells are dropped, twists and turns are carried out and these big names who are used to cushy lifestyles are made to live in uncomfortable conditions.
Only the strongest will make it to the end. Last year, former Bachelor star Abbie Chatfield was crowned the queen of the jungle and donated her winnings to Dementia Australia, an organisation close to her heart as her grandmother passed away after battling the heart-wrenching disease.
This year, we have big names such as Poh Ling Yeow and Beau Ryan entering the jungle, which is really an Aussie bush named Dungay near Murwillumbah in NSW. The show, which is usually filmed in South Africa, has been forced to relocate to a more local destination for the second time due to the pandemic.
Previously, the site has been used as a filming location for the British version of I’m a Celebrity.
But despite loving them all, we do eventually have to say goodbye. These are the contestants who have been eliminated so far on I’m a Celebrity Australia.
