Celebrity Apprentice Australia has returned, which can only mean one thing: A bunch of famous people are going to become entrepreneurs overnight. The contestants are ready to do whatever it takes to impress Lord Alan Sugar and earn money for their chosen charities.
Of course, at the end of the day, it is a competition. Which means, people get “fired” in the boardroom. We’ve already said goodbye to a number of personalities but there’s still a long way to go.
Turia Pitt, Benji Marshall, Amy Shark, Jean Kittson, Gamble Breaux, Rebecca Zemek, Jodi Gordon, Samantha Jade, Carla from Bankstown, Bronte Campbell, Darren McMullen, Vince Colosimo, Ronnie Caceres, Will and Woody, Jarrod Scott and Eloni Vunakece all entered the boardroom this year with big hopes and dreams.
Many still remain in the competition, while others were swiftly booted out. The show, which is full of highs and lows, has you rooting for your favourite celeb in the hopes that they’re able to raise as much money as possible for their chosen charities.
Many of the contestants on the show chose organisations that are close to their hearts, which makes the results of their business ventures even more important.
With the Queen’s birthday coming up on June 14, we couldn’t help but wonder whether the show will air. Usually, Celebrity Apprentice airs from Sunday to Tuesday on Channel 9 and 9Now, but public holidays can sometimes throw things into disarray.
Thankfully, the show will be available to watch on Monday, airing at 7.30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
