Kylie Minogue Just Announced Her 2025 Tension Tour, and We’re Screaming “Padam!”

Global pop icon Kylie Minogue has officially announced her much-anticipated Tension World Tour, along with the release of her brand new album Tension II.

Fans have been eagerly awaiting this moment, ever since her viral 2023 smash hit “Padam Padam” dominated airwaves. Nearly a year to the day after releasing her 16th studio album Tension, Kylie is set to embark on a worldwide tour throughout 2025.

Kylie’s 2024 has been nothing short of monumental. Alongside creating new music and preparing for the tour, she’s earned accolades such as being named one of TIME Magazine’s most influential people, winning a Grammy, and receiving the prestigious Global Icon Award at the BRITs.

The Tension World Tour marks Kylie’s largest since 2011, with stops across North America, Australia, Asia, the UK, and Europe. The tour kicks off in Australia before continuing to other major cities worldwide. North American and European dates will be announced soon.

“I’m beyond thrilled to announce the Tension Tour 2025,” Kylie said. “I can’t wait to share magical moments with my fans, celebrating all things Tension and beyond. It’s been an incredible ride so far, and now it’s time to get ready for some serious fun because I’m calling ‘Lights, Camera, Action’ — and there will be a lot of Padaming!”

Teasing fans even more, Kylie posted a black-and-white video on social media, standing in front of a world map and hinting at her upcoming tour destinations, including North America and Australia.

When Do Kylie Minogue Tickets Go On Sale?

Tickets for the Tension Tour will go on sale to the public on Wednesday, October 2nd. Pre-sales for Telstra members start Tuesday, September 24th, and pre-sales for Frontier members and kylie.com fans begin on Thursday, September 26th.

Kylie Minogue’s Tension II Album

Tension II will feature 13 new tracks, including collaborations with Diplo, Bebe Rexha, and more. Set to be released on October 18, Kylie Minogue’s new collection promises to extend the magic of her previous work. The lead single, “Lights Camera Action”, will drop on September 27.

“The Tension era has been incredibly special for me,” Kylie shared. “I’m not ready to let it go just yet — welcome to Tension II!”
