Love Island Australia is gearing up for its return, and luckily for us, Channel 9 hasn’t kept us waiting for the deets.
This year, the Islanders will be entering a stunning villa in Mallorca, Spain, in the hopes of finding lifelong love and stepping on a few toes along the way.
Hosted by Sophie Monk, the reality series is set to return on October 31, but this year, there are going to be a few changes.
First, the show will be airing exclusively on Channel 9’s streaming platform, 9Now, and second, unlike previous seasons, the episodes will no longer air within 24 hours.
Instead, they have been pre-recorded, with the finale transitioning from a live event to one that has already been filmed.
With only a few days to go, the network has been dropping tidbits about the upcoming season, including who will be entering the villa this year.
From a semi-professional soccer player to a dancer, people from all walks of life are looking for love in 2022, and we can’t wait to see who ends up being successful.
Sure, the show doesn’t have the greatest track record when it comes to long-lasting relationships, but maybe this year will change that.
We can only hope.
Here are all the singles entering the villa this year for Love Island Australia.
