Megan Thee Stallion was honoured as one of Glamour‘s Women of the Year at the magazine’s celebration Monday night, so it was only appropriate that she wore a look fit for a winner. The rapper stunned in a slinky black turtleneck dress with attached gloves, showing skin by way of an asymmetrical cutout across the waist and sleeves. How good is this architectural approach to a classic gown?
Emmy Award-winning costume designer Zerina Akers styled Megan’s custom Mônot look, from the brand’s spring 2022 collection, with eight-carat diamond earrings by Vhernier, a jewel-encrusted clutch, and matching sparkly heels. Lori Harvey also recently wore a similar blush-worthy dress from Mônot for her SKN by LH launch party, offering some sizable hip cutouts and thigh slits.
“The thing I love most about Meg is how she’s covered in confidence, dripping in it so much that you can’t help but to pick some up for yourself along the way,” Zerina wrote alongside photos of the artist at the event. We couldn’t have described Megan’s style better ourselves. Get a closer look at the sleek dress ahead.
