Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury Welcome Their First Child
A congratulations are in order as we have another “Love Island” baby! Molly-Mae Hague posted a gorgeous black and white photo to Instagram on 30 Jan. showing her with boyfriend Tommy Fury and their new baby girl. She simply captioned the image with the date she gave birth, which turns out to be 23 Jan. Comments flooded the photo as “Love Island” alumni were quick to send their love to the new family of three, although no name has been revealed just yet.
The couple first announced they were expecting on 25 Sept. with an emotional video shared on their Instagram pages showing the pair declaring their love in the final week of “Love Island” 2019. The video then cuts to scenes of Fury kissing Hague’s blossoming bump. The post was captioned, “I can’t wait for the adventures that we haven’t even dreamed of yet.”
Hague has since been documenting her pregnancy on her social media channels, revealing the highs and lows of all trimesters. She has also been open about her endometriosis diagnosis, which can lead to fertility issues, revealing in a YouTube vlog, “Every time we talk about it, it feels like we’re talking about a situation that’s not our own because it was a completely shock, I can’t lie.”
The new parents had previously revealed to their followers that they were expecting a baby girl after posting a video on their Instagram on 5 Oct. of them popping a gender reveal balloon that burst pink confetti. As the couple prepared for the new milestone in their lives, Hague celebrated with close friends at her epic baby shower on 4 Dec. The Pretty Little Thing creative director gave followers a sneak peak into the lavish affair which included a sit-down meal, games, a “craving station” full of sweet treats, and a photobooth. A photo even showed Fury arriving to gift his girlfriend with a black Chanel bag. Maybe not as practical as nappies, but we’re sure it went down a treat!
They join the likes of fellow “Love Island” couples Alex and Olivia Bowen, and Cara Delahoyde and Nathan Massey, who have also gone on to produce mini Islanders! Here’s to Hague and Fury enjoying every minute as a family of three, we can’t wait to see more of them settling into parenthood.
