Nakia Joins “Love Island Australia”
Nakia has always wanted to join the show, but it just hasn’t been the right time before now.
“I’m very excited. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a really long time. I’ve built up confidence this year,” she said in a press release. “I was in a long-term relationship last year, so I wanted to wait until I was a little older and more mature and knew what I wanted. Now the time is right.”
Nakia’s love journey took a detour when her two-and-a-half-year relationship ended last year. But instead of dwelling on the past, she invested time in personal growth and reflection. Now, she believes it’s the right moment to dive back into the dating pool.
“I’ve had a great few months, but I’m ready to put myself out there and find love again,” she added.
