Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Bring Kravis-Level PDA to the Oscars

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban turned the 2023 Oscars into their own PDA-filled date night. The actor and her musician husband walked the red carpet together at the Dolby Theatre on March 12, sharing several passionate kisses, holding hands, and hugging while posing for the cameras. Kidman dazzled in a sequined Armani Privé gown with a striking leg slit, while Urban kept things classic in a black tuxedo. The couple, who have been married since 2006 and share two daughters, also snapped photos with best actress nominee Andrea Riseborough and “The Fabelmans” star Sam Rechner.

In the opening monologue, host Jimmy Kimmel joked about Kidman’s highly memed deal with AMC Theaters, in addition to poking fun at popular weight-loss drug Ozempic and last year’s Oscars slap, among other topics. “I am happy to see that Nicole Kidman has finally been released from that abandoned AMC, where she has been held captive for almost two full years now,” he said. “Good to have you back, Nicole. And thank you for encouraging people who were already at the movie theater to go to the movie theater.”

Kidman and Urban were just one of the many celebrity couples to grace the Oscars this year. First-time nominee Michelle Yeoh brought longtime boyfriend Jean Todt to celebrate her big night, Elizabeth Olsen made a rare public appearance with husband Robbie Arnett at the ceremony, and Brendan Fraser returned to the award show alongside girlfriend Jeanne Moore after a 20-year hiatus. Plus, tons of stars also brought their kids, including Angela Bassett, Andie MacDowell, James Hong, Pedro Pascal, and Colin Farrell.
