Friends, I hope your diaries are well and truly marked for Wednesday, July 21 because we are in for one hell of a ride as The Bachelor makes its triumphant return to our television screens.
Looking for love is First Officer Jimmy Nicholson — a 31-year-old pilot from Sydney who is being billed as the most romantic bachie yet.
In an interview with POPSUGAR Australia, Nicholson revealed that he has always been a relationship person and that, happily, his experience on The Bachelor had been a successful one as he was loved up with his chosen suitress.
Nicholson, of course, had to remain coy about his partner’s identity but confessed that he thinks she could be “the one” saying, “I mean, look, I’m realistic about these things. It is early days still, but I have to say she just can’t put a foot wrong. So it’s all looking really positive. She’s exactly what I always hoped for.”
He continued, “I can’t give too much away about who they are, but I can say that towards the end, I knew that she was going to be an amazing girl to date after the show. And having spent time with her since the show — and we’ve had the chance to spend quite a bit of time together in secret and also just chatting — it’s really made me realise that it’s when the cameras are off, that’s the true test.
“We bring out the best in each other, we’re always laughing… I actually can’t believe that I’ve met someone on a dating show!”
So, just who did he choose? Well, we know it was one of these beauties so without further adieu, allow us to introduce you to the cast of The Bachelor Australia 2021.
The Bachelor Australia will premiere Wednesday, 21 July at 7.30pm on 10 and 10 Play.
