The Bachelors 2023: Lauren Is Looking for “Masculine Energy Without Ego”

If the old saying that three is the magic number is anything to go by, this year’s season of “The Bachelors” will certainly be an action-packed ride of roses and romance. 

Bachelors Felix Von Hofe, Jed McIntosh and Thomas Malucelli will join host Osher Günsberg in the hunt for their everlasting love.

In addition to a brand spanking new Bachie mansion on the Gold Coast, Season 10 will also play host to 29 eligible bachelorettes assigned to individual bachelors in the hope of joining the series’ history books, alongside the Happily Ever Afters of Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich, Sam Wood and Snezana Markowski, Matty J and Laura Byrne, Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska and Jimmy Nicholson and Holly Kingston. 

Rumour has it that at least one bachelor will pop the question before the series is out, but who the lucky bachelorette is remains a closely guarded secret. 

For now, here’s everything we know so far about the women of “The Bachelors” 2023.

“Too busy to date.”

28-year-old Lauren applied to “The Bachelors” as a way of cutting out the endless time she was spending swiping on dating apps or embarking on failed match-making attempts, both of which were eating into the already hectic hours she keeps as a small business owner. By joining “The Bachelors”, she’s hoping to streamline the process of finding love.

“Taking time out of work will allow me to venture into dating,” the Queenslander adds. 

A fan of sport, setting and achieving fitness goals and meeting new people, Lauren describes her deal breakers as people who don’t care about the environment and their own mental and physical health. 

“Also, I like a more masculine energy as I am a feminine energy. I’m spiritual and go off energy and vibes,” she says. 

Looking for a partner with “masculine energy without ego” as well as “healthy, happy, energetic, full of life and love [and] being open,” Lauren is hoping 35-year-old Thomas could be her match. 

“Looks don’t mean the biggest deal to me, I find someone more and more attractive with their morals, how they hold themselves how they speak to others and how they think,” she says. 

Lucky for her, Thomas appears to tick every box.
