All of The Block: Fans vs Faves Guest Bedroom Room Reveals
It’s been a big week for The Block: Fans vs Faves, as the contestants worked hard to complete their guest bedroom on time.
From Luke and Josh disappearing on Saturday morning and coming back on set the next day drunk, to Mitch and Mark left reeling at the judges decision; the latest episode packed plenty of drama.
But despite the ups and downs, we’re all watching for the room reveals, and this week, the teams seriously delivered.
Josh and Luke
They had a rough few days but surprisingly, they managed to pull off a room the judges liked. Spending the most amount of money at $20,722.80, the interior gave a sexy, masculine vibe which was an improvement from last week.
Shaynna did hate the glass Kinsman wardrobes but it was a divisive subject as the other judges were a fan.
Mitch and Mark
While the room had a nice softness to it, the judges were left slightly underwhelmed as they expected a lot more from Mitch and Mark. The criticism they received was over the size of the room, as it felt too claustrophobic.
Neale thought the room was too generic and said nothing caught his eye. The couple ended up spending $13,823.
Tanya and Vito
Following a Moroccan style colour palette, Shaynna loved the tones of the room. But unfortunately, while the room had plenty of potential according to Neale, it lacked storage and the window was far too small. The duo spent $14,199.98 in total.
Kirsty and Jesse
Spending $14,757.58, Kirsty and Jesse’s coastal guest bedroom looked unfinished. While the soft blue tone felt calming, the judges thought the room needed some artwork and the window needed to be bigger.
They were however, impressed with the walk-in wardrobe.
Ronnie and Georgia
The judges were impressed with the couple’s hard work, as the guest bedroom featured high ceilings and earthy tones. The two also spent the least amount of money, with the entire reno costing $11,305.
The only criticism they received was for the positioning of the wardrobe, but otherwise, it was thumbs up all around.
In the end, Ronnie and Georgia won the challenge, leaving Mitch and Mark furious.
