The Grand Finale of The Voice is Nearly Here So It’s Time to Meet the Top 4

The Grand Finale of The Voice is set to air on Sunday September 12, and there are only four contestants remaining.

Coaches Guy Sebastian, Jessica Mauboy, Rita Ora and Keith Urban all have one contestant each fighting for the coveted title.

Bella Taylor Smith, Mick Harrington, Arlo and girl group G Nation will sing their heart out in the grand final, in the hopes to take home the $100,000 in prize money and a recording contract with Universal Music Australia.

Let’s get to know them.

Channel 7

Bella Taylor Smith

We were introduced to her on the first episode of The Voice Australia, as she mesmerised the judges with her stunning rendition of Ave Maria by Beyonce.

23-year-old Bella Taylor Smith managed to get all four judges to spin in their chairs as they desperately wanted her on their team.

In the end, she chose Guy Sebastian to be her coach, after he used one of his two allocated blocks against Jessica Mauboy, to stop her from recruiting Bella.

She’s a frontrunner and is definitely one to watch out for, but whether she’s crowned the winner is yet to be seen.

Mick Harrington

Mick Harrington, otherwise known as the “Mower Man” at the lawn mowing and landscaping business he owns, gave a smashing performance, singing Somewhere Over the Rainbow during the Blind Auditions.

His voice left the judges shellshocked, with Keith Urban saying, “one of the things this show epitomises is that you cannot judge a book by its cover. There’s an absolute beauty in your voice and it’s all spirit. It’s pure spirit.”

Mick surprised everyone in the studio by proposing to his girlfriend on stage, and now he’s ready to fight for the title.

Channel 7

Arlo

Arlo Sim had all four judges turn around almost immediately after he began singing Yebba’s My Mind.

His soulful voice left everyone wanting more, and after choosing Team Keith, his performances reached a new level of brilliance.

Passionate about music from a young age, Arlo is about to go through a once in a lifetime experience as he competes in The Voice Grand Final.

Channel 7

G Nation

Girl group G Nation are making history, being the first ensemble to reach the grand final on The Voice.

But it isn’t hard to see why, as they deliver banger after banger each and every week.

Featuring Mateja Sardelis, Isla Ward, Taylah Silvestri, Emma Caporaso, Alessia Musolino and Rylee Vormelker, the group have the audience on their feet every time they hit the stage.

They’re on Team Rita, but whether or not the UK popstar can lead them to their win will be seen on Sunday.
