Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen Post Tributes to Son Benjamin on His 13th Birthday

There’s officially another teenager in Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen‘s family. On Dec. 8, the former couple’s son, Benjamin Rein, turned 13, and his parents celebrated his big day with photos and loving tributes to their son on Instagram.

Brady kicked the celebration off on Thursday with a candid photo of Benjamin hanging out on a deck. “Happy 13th birthday to the newest teenager. You are so special and loved. There is no greater gift than being your dad. We love you so much Benny ❤️❤️❤️,” the quarterback captioned his post. Bündchen commented with a red heart on the post before sharing her own tribute on Friday.

“We have a new teenager in the house!” Bündchen captioned a series of photos featuring Benjamin at the beach, posing with a horse, and acting silly for the camera. “Happy birthday my sweet angel! I am so proud of the kind, loving and courageous young man that you are. Thank you for bringing so much joy into our lives. We love you so much! ❤️”

In addition to Benjamin, Brady and Bündchen also share daughter Vivian Lake, who turned 10 on Dec. 5. The NFL player is also father to 15-year-old Jack, whom he shares with his ex Bridget Moynahan.

When Brady and Bündchen divorced in October they both made it clear that their number one priority would continued to be the wellbeing of their children. “My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart,” the Victoria’s Secret model wrote in an Instagram Story announcing the couple’s split. “We will continue co-parenting to give them the love, care and attention they greatly deserve.”

Since then, the former couple have continued to do just that. In November, Bündchen left a supportive comment on Brady’s post celebrating Jack’s love of football. Meanwhile, Brady has shared a number of posts featuring him spending time with his kids since the divorce, including a photo of him preparing to go trick-or-treating with Benjamin and Vivian in October. It seems that even though their marriage is over, Brady and Bündchen are still a team when it comes to their children.
