The Masked Singer Australia is gearing up for another season, and with filming having wrapped up in Sydney just recently, it has us questioning where exactly the show is shot.
The third instalment of the show is filmed at Carriageworks in Eveleigh.
Previously, the musical show has been shot at FOX Studios in Sydney and Docklands Studios in Melbourne.
With filming taking place last year during Melbourne’s lockdown, one of the backup dancers tested positive to COVID-19, sending most of the cast and crew into isolation.
That included host Osher Gunsberg and judges Jackie O, Dannii Minogue, Dave Hughes and Urzila Carlson, who then had to appear on the show virtually.
“They handled it really well. Channel Ten and [production company] Warner – everything they were doing in terms of hygiene and social distancing was amazing so it’s just really unfortunate. And everyone is in good health who’s affected,” contestant Isaiah Firebrace told TVWEEK at the time.
Earlier this week, Channel 10 released a new trailer for The Masked Singer, showing off the crazy characters and smashing performances.
Osher Gunsberg will be returning as the show’s host, with Dannii Minogue, Urzila Carlson, Jackie O and Dave Hughes as the judges.
The Masked Singer is set to air on Channel 10 soon.
