More murder and mystery is on the cards as Desperate Housewives‘ creator Marc Cherry’s gripping drama Why Women Kill returns for a second season.
Set in 1949, the second season will explore the meaning of being beautiful, the hidden truth behind the way people present themselves to the world and the effects of being ignored by society.
Ginnfer Goodwin and Lucy Liu stole the show in the first season, but the latest ensemble of stars include Allison Tolman (Fargo), Lana Parrilla (Spin City), B.K. Cannon (Switched At Birth), Jordane Christie and Matthew Daddario.
Allison Tolma plays Alma, a timid housewife who hopes to gain entry into a prestigious garden club.
But after suddenly finding out about her husband’s infidelity, Alma teams up with another group of women who are looking to seek revenge.
