The Masked Singer has got us dusting off our detective gear and brushing up on all the clues as we attempt to guess which celeb is behind which mask.
We’ve been introduced to a bunch of whacky characters since the first episode, and while some are downright creepy, others are adorable.
Speaking of adorable, I would have to say that my favourite mask is by far Kebab. His smiling face and foil costume not only makes me incredibly hungry but also left me in stitches when I saw him perform.
While we don’t know exactly who Kebab could be, there have been a few names thrown around.
The clues for Kebab are:
- “Everybody loves a late night kebab but this kebab might be a bit saucy for the sensitive types.”
- “Yeah I’m the Kebab and I reckon I got the lot. I never stop. I’m at it all day every day, there’s nothing else I ever wanted to be. I’m like the inner-city; quiet at times but a bit of hot sauce, I go off. A real wild one!”
- “I’ll let you in on a little secret. I get kissed by strangers! It’s the tender meat that does the trick. It’s great being the kebab and working for yourself. If you’re not the type who needs other people, hey man be cool, move on bro! I’m the Kebab and I can be spectacular!”
One thing is for sure, there has to be an actual singer behind the mask because Kebab’s voice was out of this world.
Many believe it could be Jack Vidgen.
Fans of the show believe the clue, “Mostly I’m one but I have been known to be the other”, references Vidgen’s appearances in drag, which he is known to share on social media often.
Could it be? Guess we’re going to have to wait for Kebab to be unmasked.
