There’s no place quite like the Australian country. The green fields, beautiful landscapes and fresh air makes you want to ditch the city lifestyle and settle for something less frantic.
Now that Farmer Wants a Wife has returned, you’ll be able to do exactly that — well, through a TV screen anyway.
Five farmers will head off on a journey to find love, and we will be with them every step of the way. Four of them will be looking for a wife, and one of them — for the first time ever — will have her fingers crossed for a husband.

With so many people to choose from, it’s not going to be an easy decision, but when you know, you know.
The five farmers this year are 27-year-old Farmer Paige from Cassilis, NSW, 33-year-old Farmer Benjamin from Guyra, NSW, 23-year-old Farmer Harry from Kyabram, VIC, 28-year-old Farmer James from Tarnook, VIC, 26-year-old Farmer Will from Berriwillock, VIC and 27-year-old Farmer Ben from Wingham, NSW.
Dating reality shows always come with a bit of scepticism because most of the time, couples tend to go bust once filming is over.
However, Farmer Wants a Wife has a pretty solid track record, with the Australian version alone resulting in nine marriages, two long-term relationships and 25 babies.

So there’s a pretty high chance that the couples that come out of this year’s season of the show will make it in the long run.
This year, each farmer selected several potential partners out of thousands of applicants, and then out of those, they narrowed it down even further.
