The internet is buzzing with anticipation for the Sex and the City reboot And Just Like That… which is currently being filmed in NYC.
We have so many burning questions that need answering. Are Big and Carrie still together? Does Miranda get a queer storyline? What happened to Samantha?
One thing that we don’t have to question is the fashion. Fans were disappointed when fashion icon, Patricia Field, who styled the original TV series of SATC, announced that she wouldn’t be returning for the reboot due to her work on Emily in Paris. But since recent pap photos have emerged, of SJP looking just as Carrie-ish as ever, our trust has been restored.
Field has passed the torch onto her Personal Assistant, Molly Rogers, who was there throughout the entirety of the original SATC and so far, she is not disappointing. Carrie seems to be evolving in shoe choices, in patterns, in life and in fashion.

Ugh. The shoes. They’re so good. Although Carrie Bradshaw has always been known for her taste of shoes, it’s still reassuring to know that she hasn’t lost that spark. I’m also obsessed with this skirt and it’s corset-style waistline. This look is so grungy-glam.

The "Roger" belt
If you’re an avid SATC fan, then you probably recognise this badass belt as Roger, from Sex and the City, the Movie. I, for one, am so glad they brought him back. I love the bright purple on SJP, not a colour we’ve seen on her much before, but it’s an elegant and understated vibe.

Party dress
This dress looks like a party popper and we’re here for it. Mostly obsessed with this purple sequinned bag though, it’s very fetch.

Less is more
Who is this Carrie? She’s so understated and we kinda love it! Again, the shoes. Very European, the kitten heeled mule. This is a softer look for Carrie, with the gorgeous baby pink jacket and vintage style white dress. She looks like something out of a 50’s film.

Quintessential Carrie
Here she is. This is very Carrie. The weird hat. The tiny bag. The floral print. She could be dressed for a gala or the movies or brunch and it really wouldn’t matter because she’s Carrie Bradshaw.

Headpieces are forever
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s Carrie Bradshaw’s feathered headpiece. I’ve never really understood headpieces but somehow they work on Carrie, the same way that so many strange accessories do. LOVE the polka-dot skirt. She looks ready for a spicy Big and Carrie argument.

Off Duty
I love relaxed Carrie. She still has a gorg platform heel on, so we know she’s still our gal. This outfit is on point, everything from the relaxed braid, to the denim shirt, to the front slit on this dress, to the clashing but matching handbag. Also, platform heels with a maxi dress is always a good look.
