On June 6, the “WeCrashed” star graced the event in bright-yellow mini shorts and a floor-grazing collared shirt. Hathaway layered the shirt dress over a pair of sunshine-yellow shorts, creating a thigh-cutout illusion that offered a glimpse of her creamy-white peep-toe pumps.

Nailing the effortlessly chic look, Hathaway left the sleeves of the oversize shirt bunched at her elbows and finished the ensemble with a sophisticated bun. The vibrant outfit, which is look 11 from Valentino’s spring/summer 2022 ready-to-wear collection, nearly stole all the spotlight – until Hathaway’s plunging neckline revealed a massive diamond necklace. The glittering choker featured a yellow pendant dripping with a string of diamonds at the base of the Bulgari ambassador’s throat. Like the 100,000-carat sapphire Hathaway paired with her Armani Privé dress at the Cannes Film Festival, the necklace defied the subtleties of a typical accessory and became the pièce de résistance at the Parisian gala.
