In the crowd of fashionably dressed celebrities at the House of Gucci premiere, Cynthia Erivo stood out. The actress, who will star as Elphaba in the Wicked movie adaptation, styled herself for the occasion, and we’re grading her assignment an A+.
As if she and Lady Gaga got the same colour memo, the British star opted for a sparkly purple sweater set designed by fashion house Balenciaga. The two-piece look features a textured long-sleeve turtleneck sweater and a midi skirt with rips at the hem. Cynthia layered a stunning gold chain Schiaparelli necklace over the top, and completed her ensemble with an equally edgy pair of tall black platform boots made by Italian brand Casadei, plus a mini green bag.
