Elle Fanning Suited Up For the SAG Awards in Gucci

Elle Fanning continues her reign as one of Gucci’s favourite muses. For the 2022 SAG Awards in Los Angeles on Feb. 27, the actor wore a sophisticated Gucci suit evoking Katharine Hepburn and Annie Hall alike.

Fanning’s look consisted of a sheer champagne blouse with a matching vest and bow tie, as well as sparkling black pinstripe trousers. A pink diamond necklace and floral rings from Cartier completed the look. “I just didn’t feel like wearing a dress,” Fanning said in an E! red carpet interview. “I just didn’t feel like it. I was like, ‘You know what? Let’s do the suit.'”

Fanning was in attendance celebrating “The Great,” which received a nomination for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a comedy series. Fanning’s portrayal of Catherine the Great in the satirical series was also individually recognised for outstanding performance by a female actor in a comedy series.
