Draped from the shoulders down in a mesh curtain of crystals, the Insecure star looked anything but, wearing nothing but a pair of black briefs beneath the sheer gown. Shimmering from head to toe, Issa let the look speak for itself, pairing it with a few geometric rings, a set of silver feather earrings, a sparkling diamond grill, and smoky purple eyeshadow.
