“MasterChef Australia: Secrets & Surprises” is back and better than ever. And you know what else is? MasterChef judge Melissa Leong‘s fashion. The competition has proven to be tough than ever (for the contestants) and enjoyable (for us), with 18 aprons up for grabs.
We love tuning in to see the mouth-watering dishes produced in stressful situations. We love learning new cooking techniques. But, most of all, we love seeing Leong’s wardrobe.
As the most fabulously fashionable female host on Australian television (in our humble opinion), Leong has a style that’s fun and colourful, yet still classy, in a way only she can pull off.
Her infamous lipstick that never smudges, plus her general effervescent personality, funky earrings and gorge ‘fits really do make “MasterChef Australia” a feast for all the senses.
Below is a recap of Melissa Leong’s outfits from “MasterChef Australia: Secrets & Surprises” so far.
Leong wore this dark teal Madeline Midi Dress from Melbourne designer DIIDA ($384.00).
The ‘fit features asymmetric shoulder detailing and an exposed side zip.
The MasterChef judge wore this matching denim linen set from KITX. While we can’t find the exact puff sleeve top online, you can purchase the exact pants here ($197).
Leong wore this polka dot maxi dress from KITX. While we can’t find the exact style online, this Boohoo alternative is quite similar ($35).
The judge stepped out in this navy Libertine Dress from Lee Mathews ($449.00).
The ‘fit is made from a luxurious blend of satin-finished acetate and linen.
The dress also features a v-neck opening and a contrast arrow panel at the waist.
Melissa wore this floral Bonnie Dress from Lee Mathews ($479.00).
It’s a beautiful bright turquoise colour with a romantic floral motif.
Leong opted for a pop of colour in this stunning Marigold dress from Husk ($699.00).
She went for a nude lip, wearing the shade ‘Sushi Kiss’ from MAC ($34.00).
Leong looked fabulous in The Munthe Jesseia Shirt ($499.00) and matching pants from Husk. The matching set features a unique all-over print of vivid and vibrant colours.
Her hair was slicked back in a low bun and she finished the look with a deep red lip.
Leong stunned in another ensemble from Husk. This Rodebjer Wava Dress ($759.00) is decorated in a print inspired by a retro floral.
The popular host accessorised with a pair of Lovisa drop earrings.
Leong added a pop of colour in this Essentiel Antwerp Puff from Husk ($699.00).
She accessorised with a drop pair of black Seed Heritage earrings.
Leong wore this Husk Fern Kaftan from Husk ($699.00).
Made from silk, this dress features a shirred collar with small self covered buttons that run all the way to the hem.
She complemented the look with some Edward Meller shoes and Lovisa drop earrings.
Leong finished off the look with “Sheer Outrage” by MAC Cosmetics ($38.00) swept across her lips.
Leong is pulling out all the stops with this bold look.
Featuring a tiered hem and balloon cut sleeves, this Bananarama Mini Dress from Alemais ($495.00) channels effortless feminine charm.
The look was tied together with a pair of pearl Witchery earrings.
The fashion queen rocked this Sonny Mini Dress by Alemais ($295.00). The look features a stylish mock neck, balloon sleeves and a stunning tiered skirt.
She paired the look with these teal statement earrings from Lellie Jewellery.
The judge made a statement with this bold look. Leong wears this Alemais Wallis Tiered Midi Dress ($625). It features colourful fruits and animals.
She paired the look with accessories from Gorman and Edward Meller.
Leong opted for a more casual look wearing all things Ted Baker.
She turned her top and jean combo into a chic affair with khaki trench coat (similar to this).
She added brown suede shoes from Witchery to the look, and a pair of Lovisa earrings.
Here is the gorgeous judge again slaying in the Ted Baker Immie Cape Sleeve Satin Dress in Mid Blue ($707.46).
She complemented the look with some Zara earrings and her signature red lippy.
Melissa made a statement in this Feyah Full Needle Puff Sleeve Dress from Ted Baker ($221). The exact colour of this dress is no longer available, however, you can still purchase it in black.
She topped off the look with a pair of drop earrings from Zara, and the Crystal Bow Pumps in Nero from Scanlan Theodore.
Leong looked pretty in pink wearing this Alice McCall flare dress with white embroidered details. She teamed the look with sparkly red earrings from Hey Polly (similar to these).
While Aussie label Alice McCall closed down earlier this year, there are still plenty of similar styles to recreate this look.
