Olivia Rodrigo has arrived at her first-ever Grammy Awards. The singer attended music’s biggest night on April 3 in Las Vegas wearing a black Vivienne Westwood dress with pink illusion beading along the front and back. The custom column dress features an off-the-shoulder, corset bodice.
“I wanted to do something fun and young, but also we’re at the Grammys, it’s glamorous,” Rodrigo told Laverne Cox in an E! red carpet interview. Styled by Chloe and Chenelle Delgadillo, black opera gloves added a touch of Old Hollywood glamour. Other accessories included a pink statement ring and matching necklace, black Anabela Chan earrings, and a choker made from the same material as the dress.
Westwood was a fitting choice for Rodrigo, who’s become known for her delightful, nostalgia-embracing style. Rodrigo previously wore the edgy British brand while performing on “Saturday Night Live” last year wearing an all-plaid outfit. More recently, Rodrigo attended the iHeartRadio Music Awards wearing a purple Versace minidress with a similar corset silhouette. And before that, Rodrigo was honoured as Billboard’s woman of the year while wearing an Area maxi dress with a contrasting three-belt harness.
Rodrigo is up for seven awards at the 2022 Grammys: her debut album, “Sour,” earned an album of the year nomination and its breakout single, “Drivers License,” is nominated for song of the year. She’s also scheduled to perform at the show, ensuring that another memorable fashion moment is on the horizon. Below, check out more photos of Rodrigo’s Grammys red carpet look.
