Lily Collins Steps Out of Character in a Sultry Black Latex Dress at the MTV Movie Awards

Lily Collins attended the 2020 MTV Movie and TV Awards to present the award for most Heartbreaking Breakup of all time. The Emily in Paris and Mank actor wore a sultry black latex dress designed by creative director Anthony Vaccarello for Saint Laurent – and the look is a delicious departure from her quirky onscreen style as marketing exec Emily Cooper.

Collins’s dress reminded us of a chic update of Morticia Addams’s iconic black gothic gown from The Addams Family. The black latex midi dress features a sweetheart neckline, thick spaghetti straps, and a ruffled hem. She paired the dress with Saint Laurent black patent pointed-toe heels and jewels by Cartier. Styled by Mariel Haenn and Rob Zangardi, Collins finished the look with a sleek, low ponytail by Diego Da Silva and neutral makeup by Fiona Stiles using Lancôme products.
