6 of Our Favourite Fashion Pride Collabs We’re Adding to Cart This Month
For the sixth year in a row, POPSUGAR is dedicating the month of June to recognising LGBTQIA+ voices, having honest conversations about sexuality and gender, and honouring individuality, through first-person interviews and allyship guidance. The POPSUGAR team is sharing these stories throughout the month, so be sure to find all our pieces here.
As POPSUGAR editors, we independently select and write about stuff we love and think you’ll like too. POPSUGAR has affiliate and advertising partnerships so we get revenue from sharing this content and from your purchase.
Celebrating pride isn’t just about sharing stories and opening important conversations, it’s also about representing LGBTQIA+ pride in what we wear.
Pride Month, which runs all of June, celebrates the diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex communities. And as part of those celebrations, it’s only right that we shop some of the incredible pride collab pieces brands have created, all with the powerful message: love is love.
Here are six of our favourite pride collaboration pieces so far, that you can shop online now.
Pride Unites Gender Neutral Overalls
The adidas x Kris Andrew Small Pride Collection was inspired by the activists of the Stonewall Uprising in 1969. Their 2022 collabs aims to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community’s past & present.
We love these Love Unites Gender Neutral Overalls ($150), which tap into the overalls trend.
Superstar Pride Shoes
These Superstar Pride Shoes ($150) take bold to a whole new level. The words “BE TOGETHER” wrap their way around the shoe from front to back as a reminder of the power that comes from community, such a meaningful message to carry you throughout the day.
Unisex Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Pride Lift Low Top Egret
Another sneaker, we know, but how cute are these Unisex Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Pride Lift Low Top Egret ($140)?
2022 marks five years of partnership between Converse and Minus18, the Australian charity improving the lives of LGBTQIA+ Youth through life-affirming events, education, advocacy, support, and youth empowerment.
Pride Oversized All-Over Printed Sweatshirt
In a reimagined approach to Pride, Calvin Klein’s latest campaign, This is Love, celebrates chosen families within the LGBTQIA+ community.
This Pride Oversized All-Over Printed Sweatshirt ($169) is edgy and cool, with the branded “This is Love” logo on the front.
Modern Cotton Bralette
We’re also obsessed with this Modern Cotton Bralette ($49.95) that comes in plus size and eight different colours, with the “This is Love” branding on the elastic under-band. This way, you can carry your pride around beneath your clothes.
OH TO BE A RAINBOW T-SHIRT
In celebration of Pride Month, COS has partnered with Black Rainbow, a national Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer(LGBTQIA+) organisation that supports positive health and wellbeing within these communities.
Together, they’ve released three tops, all designed by queer creatives. Our fave is by queer recording artist SOKO, who designed this gorgeous “OH, TO BE A RAINBOW!” embroidered tee ($82) that carries a beautiful message about what it means to be queer.
