A New Disney Eats Cookbook Is Coming, and It Has 100+ Everyday Recipes With a Magical Twist
If you’re not only obsessed with food from the Disney parks and restaurants but also love giving your regular food at home a bit of a Disney twist, then you’re going to love this new Disney-inspired cookbook! Disney Eats: More than 150 Recipes for Everyday Cooking and Inspired Fun by Joy Howard ($30) comes out Oct. 6, and the book is filled with recipes like Mulan‘s Blossom Stir Fry, Disney character-themed bento boxes, Frozen Banana Dalmatian Pops, Mrs. Potts Melon Salad, princess-themed smoothie bowls, and more.
If the front cover of the book makes the recipes look daunting, don’t fret. POPSUGAR spoke to Howard about the level of skill required to make these recipes, and spoiler alert: anyone can do it. “Even as an experienced cook, I’m familiar with the frustration of a recipe not coming out the way it’s described or how it looks in the accompanying picture,” she said. “It was important to me to make sure ideas weren’t too fussy and that everyone could get good results even if they’re not highly experienced in the kitchen.”
Keep reading to get an exclusive first look inside the new cookbook and some of its recipes, and then head to the kitchen to try them out yourself!
